The service

PiriPiri AI provides a macOS application and related services that transcribe audio you capture and generate AI-assisted suggestions in real time. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind; AI output may be inaccurate and you remain responsible for what you say and do.

Acceptable use

• You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including recording-consent laws, and with any agreements, policies, or rules that bind you (for example employer policies or assessment rules).
• No reselling, scraping, reverse engineering, or abuse of the API.
• One account per person; keep your credentials secure.

Credits and billing

• Interview minutes are consumed while live transcription runs and are metered server-side. Purchased minutes never expire.
• Purchases are one-time payments processed by Razorpay in INR. See our refund policy.
• We may change pack pricing at any time; changes never affect minutes you already own.

Termination

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service. You may stop using the service at any time and request deletion of your data.
