What we collect

• Account details: email address, display name, hashed password.
• Audio you choose to capture: when you start meeting mode or use voice input, audio is sent to our servers for transcription and then to AI providers to generate answers. Transcripts are stored in your account.
• Usage metering: minutes of audio transcribed and AI tokens consumed, used for billing.
• Payment data: purchases are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details — only order identifiers and amounts.

Recording consent

PiriPiri AI captures audio from your meetings, which may include other participants. You are responsible for complying with the recording and wiretap laws of your jurisdiction, including obtaining consent from other participants where required. Many jurisdictions require all-party consent.

Third-party processors

Audio and text are processed by our speech-to-text and LLM providers (currently Deepgram and Groq/OpenAI) solely to provide the service. Payments are processed by Razorpay.

Retention and deletion

Transcripts, notes, and chat history remain in your account until you delete them. Contact us to delete your account and all associated data.
