Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of PiriPiri AI minute packs from Vertawo Labs Private Limited (“Vertawo Labs”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Minutes are prepaid digital credits delivered to your account immediately on purchase. This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service.

Unused minutes

If you purchased a minute pack and have not used any of those minutes, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Email help@vertawo.com from your account email address with your order details.

Partially used packs

Once minutes from a pack have been consumed, the purchase is non-refundable, except where the Service materially failed — for example, where transcription was unavailable during your session due to a fault on our side. In those cases, contact us and we will, at our discretion, restore the affected minutes or refund them pro rata.

Free minutes

Free or trial minutes have no cash value and are not refundable.

How to request a refund

Email help@vertawo.com from your account email address within the applicable period, including your order or payment identifier and the reason for your request. We will review and respond within a reasonable time.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the credit in your account.
