Unused minutes

If you purchased a minute pack and have not used any of those minutes, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. Email kworkshiv@gmail.com from your account email with the order details.

Partially used packs

Once minutes from a pack have been consumed, the purchase is non-refundable, except where the service materially failed (for example, transcription was unavailable during your session). In those cases contact us and we will restore the affected minutes or refund pro-rata at our discretion.

Free minutes

Free trial minutes have no cash value and are not refundable.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay, typically within 5–7 business days.
