An AI interview assistant with no monthly subscription

PiriPiri AI listens to both sides of your interview call and drafts the answer on a private overlay while the question is still being asked. You pay for interviews, not months. Buy a one-time pack, spend a session when you have an interview, and keep the rest for the next one. Nothing renews.

How a session works

A session is one hour of live help, counted from the moment you press Start in the app. If you end it early, that time keeps counting, and you can start again at no extra cost until it runs out. Whatever is left after that is not kept. So press Start when the interview is about to begin, not while you are still setting up.

Test your setup on a free session first (each one is 10 minutes long). A copilot has to hear both your microphone and the interviewer, and the usual problems, like a headset that routes audio the wrong way, show up in the first few minutes. Better to find them on a practice call than in the real one.

Why pay per interview instead of per month

Most people do not interview every week for a year. They have two or three interviews over a couple of weeks, then a gap, then an offer. A monthly plan bills the whole month for those few calls, and keeps renewing through the quiet weeks until you remember to cancel.

Published subscriptions for AI interview assistants run $20 to $299 a month. With a pack you pay for the interviews you actually have, about $2.50 each, and the sessions you do not use are still there when the next interview comes.

When a subscription is the better deal

If you have interviews every week for months, a monthly plan can cost less per interview than buying small packs. That is a real case, just not the usual one.

PiriPiri AI has an optional plan for it: $7 a month for 4 sessions, about $1.75 per interview. Even so, the largest pack works out cheaper per interview ($1.45) and its sessions never expire, so most people never need the plan.

What a session includes

Every session has the whole product. There is no cheaper tier with features taken out. It hears both sides of the call, recognises the question as it is asked, and drafts a structured answer from your CV and the job description: HR and behavioral rounds, technical and coding rounds, system design and managerial rounds. The overlay is excluded from screen capture, so it does not show in Zoom, Google Meet or Teams when you share your screen. It does not hide from software that scans running processes, and you are responsible for following any rules and consent laws that apply to your interview.

Two honest limits. It works in English only, so it is the wrong tool for an interview held in another language. And it is built for live conversations with a person, not for proctored online tests, which forbid outside help and watch for it.

Common questions

Does PiriPiri AI need a monthly subscription?

No. You buy a one-time pack ($5 for 2 sessions and $29 for 20 sessions) and spend a session whenever you have an interview. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel. An optional monthly plan exists for people who interview every week, but no feature needs it.

Do unused sessions expire?

No. Sessions you buy in a pack stay on your account until you use them, whether that is next week or next year. Sessions that come with the optional monthly plan belong to that month.

What does one interview cost?

$2.50 on the smallest pack and $1.45 on the largest. One session covers one interview.

How long is one session?

One hour of live help, counted from the moment you press Start. If you end early, that time keeps counting, and you can start again at no extra cost until it runs out. Time left over after that is not kept, so press Start when the interview is about to begin.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. Every new account starts with 3 free sessions of 10 minutes each, with no credit card. Use one to test your microphone and the interviewer audio on the computer you will interview from.

Which platforms does it run on?

macOS 13 or later on Apple Silicon, and Windows 10 or 11 (64 bit). It captures the call audio on your computer, so it works with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Webex or any other meeting app, and nothing joins the call.

Can the interviewer see it?

The overlay is excluded from screen capture, so it does not appear in screenshots, recordings, or when you share your screen in Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams. Only you can see it, even when you share your whole desktop. It does not hide from software that scans running processes, and you are responsible for following any rules and consent laws that apply to your interview.
